Full body flow – Wednesday

A Full Body Flow designed to energize and restore, this practice combines dynamic movements with balancing poses and rejuvenating body twists. It engages the entire body, building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing coordination. Twists release tension and promote detoxification, while balance work centers the mind and body, leaving you feeling refreshed and grounded.

Hip opening flow - Saturday

This Hip-Opening Flow focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and strength in the hips while engaging the core for stability. The sequence includes deep stretches to release tension in the hip joints, dynamic movements to enhance core mobility, and targeted poses to work toward splits. This practice is perfect for building balance, alignment, and freedom in your lower body.

Heart opening flow – Sunday

This Heart-Opening Flow is designed to expand your chest, improve shoulder mobility, and enhance back flexibility. The practice combines deep heart-opening poses with dynamic shoulder stretches, preparing the body for headstands with controlled strength and alignment. Perfect for cultivating openness, confidence, and grace, this flow leaves you feeling uplifted and energized.

Yoga & Tea – Sunday (twice per month)

This special class begins with a one-hour Full Body Flow, designed to energize and restore your body with stretches, strength-building poses, and mindful movement. Following the yoga session, enjoy a serene tea experience led by a Tea Master, who will prepare natural teas before you and share captivating stories about their origins and benefits.

This class is perfect for those seeking relaxation, connection, and a harmonious blend of movement and mindfulness.
