My name is Barbi, and I first encountered yoga in 2008. I have been a follower and learner of this lifestyle ever since. As a teacher who loves working with people, and as a passionate Yogi, took the opportunity to become a yoga instructor in June 2025. My passion is to share my knowledge with anyone, who wishes to learn about yoga.

My SlowYoga classes are tailored to the participants' needs in each class and are easy to follow. Feel good hormones are guaranteed!
